Ingredients:
1 cup rice
1 ripe mango, cut into small squares
1/2 red chilli, chopped as small as you can
1 ripe avocado, cut into small squares
2 tomatoes, cut into small squares - get rid of the squishy middles
Small bunch coriander, chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 pack of Fred's sea bream fillets
How to:
Cook your rice as you normally would, boil, steam, whatever you want!
Chuck all your diced fruit and veggies together with the lime juice and give them a good mix.
Pan fry your sea bream until cooked, follow the instructions on the back of the pack if you need help!
Fred's top tip:
This dish is my fave dish for hot summer days. Why not try cooking your
sea bream on the BBQ and serving the salsa and rice in the middle of the table for the whole family to enjoy!
