Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, grated
1 finger of ginger, grated
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 red pepper, sliced
1 red chilli, sliced
2 pac choi, sliced
2 red onions, sliced
2 spring onions, sliced
1 pack of fresh Udon noodles
2 tsp. soy
1 pack of Fred's sea bass + lemongrass, chilli and coriander butter
How to:
Fry off your ginger and garlic in a hot pan with the sesame oil for 2 mins. Then add all of your sliced veggies, keep on a hot heat and stir. After 3-5 mins, once you have a bit of colour on your veg, add the noodles and cook for another 3 mins. Finish by adding the soy sauce and mix.
Cook your sea bass fillets as per the instructions on the back of the pack.
Spoon your stir fry into serving bowls and place your sea bass fillets gently on top. Then drizzle with the butter provided!
Fred's top tip:
Cook your sea bass last thing as they are so quick, then your skin stays nice and crispy! My fave way to eat this dish to add some more chilli sauce into the noodles for some added heat.
